Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Global Fork Catering.  It is important to us that your event be successful.  To assure better understanding, we ask you to review our policies.

Booking an Event:

To begin pulling your event together, a minimum 50% deposit of the total estimated cost is required at contract signing. Your date cannot be reserved until this deposit is received. In the event of cancellation, a fee, we deem appropriate, may be withheld from your deposit to cover our costs.

We must have your guaranteed guest count 5 days (14 days for weddings) before your event.

The full estimated balance, and applicable Sales Tax must be received 3 working days prior to your event.

Menu selections will be finalized 5 days prior to the event and can not be changed after this date. Menu changes are welcome prior to 5 days before the event and must must be submitted in writing.

After your event, a summary final invoice will be submitted detailing any additions, or overtime (terms: NET 10 DAYS.) Any balance past 30 is subject to a 1-1/2 monthly finance charge (18% per annum).

Optional professional, uniformed serving personnel will set up, serve, and clean up, based on a 5-hour minimum shift, portal to portal (7 Hrs. For Supervisor & Driver). Their rate is $25.00 an hour plus overtime if applicable.

A 20% service charge of food, and beverages will be added to the billing (for full service catered events) to cover the cost of coordination and administration. For your protection, and according to Kansas Laws, we maintain the necessary licensed kitchen, required Worker’s compensation, and liability insurance.  15% service charge is added to all delivered lunch and breakfast menus.

Special menu requirement including vegetarian, vegan and food allergies can easily be accommodate if we are informed  in advance.
