We recently hired Global Fork Catering for a dinner party for 10. What a great experience. The food was terrific, well prepared, tasty, sequenced just right and perfectly suited to our event. Chef Jerri guided us through the experience offering us great advice on menu selection and what we needed to think about. She arrived fully prepared, executed her plans to perfection and even cleaned up afterwards!

It was great to relax and focus on being a good host while Chef Jerri took care of all the details. We’re big fans and will do this again.

I recently worked with Jerri to provide an excellent luncheon for over 25 area realtors. It was our Broker Tour Day and the house I had listed had a beautiful pool setting backing to a park. The theme was a picnic at the oasis. Chef Jerri took care of everything from set up to clean up, including the table presentation that matched a picnic complete with a red and white tablecloth and picnic basket. The food was unlike any picnic I had attended.  The menu included grilled Mediterranean chicken sandwiches, deviled eggs and Hi-Hat chocolate mini cakes and all were absolutely delicious. Her attention to detail and passion for just the right menu is exceptional. 

I would hire her again as it made my job so easy, while I knew she was taking care of our 'house' guests.
